How do I claim a warranty?
Directly sent to Merdis International. Information regarding delivery places is contained in the Instruction Manual.
Does it have to be washed every day?
It doesn't need to be washed every day, it just needs to be washed thoroughly and in detail every 1 week/2 weeks. The rest just needs to be rinsed until it is clean and there is no remaining dregs attached.
Should I unplug the coffee maker or not?
You don't have to unplug the power cord as long as you make sure the coffee maker is in off mode.
How long does the service take if there are complaints and damage?
Consumers can contact PT directly. Merdis as stated in the instruction manual, the unit will be checked and informed within 7 days after the unit is received by PT. Merdis.
What should you do if the Sales Promoter is NOT able to answer questions from consumers?
You can be directly directed to contact the Call Center contained in the Instruction Manual.
